These Gourmet Poultry Mini Drums are a must-have for any party or event. They are perfect for appetisers, snacks or as a main course. The difference in meat amount is due to where each cut comes from on the chicken. A drumette is cut from the chicken’s Wing, which has less meat. A drumstick is cut from the chicken’s Leg, which has more meat. It’s always the drumstick for me since there’s more to dig into.
