Ingredients
- 400 g chicken hearts
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasse
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Put the chicken hearts in a bowl, with the garlic, sumac, chilli flakes, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat a bit of oil in a large pan. Cook the chicken hearts for about 5 mins, stirring often, until they start browning.
- Add the molasse, coriander and spring onions. Continue cooking for about 2 mins.
