Lebanese Chicken Heart
- 400 g chicken hearts
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasse
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
